30 best cashback rebate sites for 2022 (don’t shop without #1)

Cashback shopping sites are excellent ways to earn some extra money. They’re not new at all, but they’ve increased in popularity over the last year. With more and more people now looking for ways to save money, cashback websites are a great way to make some savings.

Cashback sites work by giving you a small percentage of money back when you purchase something through their link. The cashback amounts vary with each purchase and location, but it’s usually between 1-5%, depending on what you buy and where you buy it.

You may think 1-5% isn’t much money, but it adds up over time. Soon, you’ll have enough for an Amazon gift card or even a few dollars to transfer into your PayPal account.

Cashback sites can help you make some extra money, but they can also help you save money! For example, if you know that Topcashback is offering 5% back from Walmart purchases, you’ll know that Walmart is the cheapest place to shop for your next order.

There are hundreds of cashback websites, but we’ve narrowed it down to the 30 best ones for 2021.

RebatesMe (1% to 50% Cash Back)

RebatesMe is a cashback site that offers 1% to 50% cashback at over 3,000 stores. RebatesMe is free to use and uses cookies to track your purchases. New users get $5 when they sign up through our link and make their first purchase.

Ebates

Ebates (now Rakuten) is a well-known cashback site that rewards you with cash for shopping online and in-store with qualifying purchases.

You can also get cashback through Ebates by clicking on the link to a retailer site from Ebates.com before buying anything online or by using the Ebates browser extension when shopping online. Thanks to its recent acquisition by Rakuten, you can still earn Ebates cash back at most of your favorite stores, but now with a new name:

MyPoint

MyPoints is another cashback site that shares similarities with Ebates (now Rakuten), if you shop online through MyPoints, you’ll earn redeemable points for gift cards and PayPal cash.

However, if you want to increase your earnings further, you can get points for taking surveys and playing games on MyPoints.

Plus, as we mentioned earlier when you sign up for MyPoints through The Points Guy, you’ll get a free $10 Amazon gift card after spending $20 within 30 days of opening your account.

Rakuten

Another popular rewards site, Rakuten, offers up to 40% cashback on thousands of stores and a $10 welcome bonus after spending $25.

Coupon Ladder

My personal favorite is Coupon Ladder, which lets you collect money from the companies that send you coupons.

Swagbucks

Swagbucks has been around since 2008 and is one of the most trusted online cashback websites. They are simple, reliable, and have a massive selection of stores, including Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and Groupon.

At Swagbucks, you can earn cashback by shopping online, watching videos, searching the web, playing games, etc.

TopCash

TopCashBack is another popular cashback site with a large selection of stores like Old Navy, Gap Factory Store, Macy’s, eBay, and many more. TopCashBack also has a unique feature where they will double or even triple your rewards at select retailers during special promotions.

BeFrugal

BeFrugal is a simple site that offers easy access to coupons and discounts on thousands of online retailers. The best part about BeFrugal is its cashback rate: You’ll get an impressive 40% back on all your purchases.

More than 5,000 stores offer cashback through BeFrugal, including Walmart, eBay, Groupon, and Macy’s. You can browse deals through their website or mobile app. Payments are sent via check or PayPal once your balance reaches $25; if you choose PayPal, there’s a small transaction fee.

Dosh

Dosh works with over 50,000 brands across 10,000 cities. The app automatically delivers savings to your account when you make purchases using your linked credit or debit card. Just link your credit card and start saving!

GetUpside

GetUpside is a bit different from the other apps on this list because it lets you compare gas prices at nearby stations to know where to go for the best deal. You can also earn cashback when you dine out at participating restaurants.

Capital One

Capital One Shopping is a browser extension that rewards you for shopping online. The app automatically searches for coupon codes, gives you cash back on your purchases, and lets you earn points toward gift cards.

Capital One Shopping works with most major retailers like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Target, and Macy’s. And it’s super easy to redeem your points once you’ve earned them—click the Capital One Shopping button when you’re ready to check out.

MyPoints is an online rewards platform that pays members cashback or gift cards when they shop online. The site has partnered with over 1,900 retailers that offer money-back on purchases. When you visit MyPoints’ partner sites through the MyPoints portal and make a purchase, you earn points that can be redeemed for cash or gift cards.

Mr. Rebates

Mr. Rebates is a site that gives customers cashback on their purchases from participating retailers. They also offer bonuses for referring friends or family members who sign up with Mr. Rebates and purchase from participating stores.

If you’re a big spender, QuickRewards is a great deal. This cashback site offers one of the highest percentages of rewards on the market. They pay out 50 percent of their revenue in dividends to members. The other 50 percent goes toward operating expenses and future growth.

You have no fees to join QuickRewards as a member or receive your rebates. You can use the site from any country, but must be at least 18 years old and have a PayPal account.

FatWallet

FatWallet has been around since 1999 and is now owned by Ebates. If you’re already an Ebates member, you can also use the same login information for FatWallet.

CashBack

If you’re looking for a site with the most retailers and offers the highest rebates, TopCashBack is the one!

The repayments can be up to 30% sometimes, and they make their payments twice a month, so you don’t have to wait too long for your money. They also offer bonuses every month if you reach certain thresholds.

Extrabux

While Extrabux doesn’t have as many retailers as TopCashBack, it’s still my favorite cashback site because of its user-friendly interface and easy-to-use shopping cart function.

Their rebate rates are usually lower than TopCashBack’s, but it does offer special promo codes and coupons for additional savings. The payment processing is fast, too, with weekly or monthly payments that never took more than 3 days.
